STANDARD SHIPPING – MAINLAND AUSTRALIA & TASMANIA
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders below this threshold incur a $14.95 flat rate.
We currently deliver to physical addresses (not P.O. Boxes/Parcel Lockers) throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania. Your purchased items will be delivered by Australia Post or courier.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We endeavour to dispatch every order as soon as possible. For most destinations, you should receive your order within 2-8 business days from when you've placed your order.
Delivery times vary depending on the distance from our dispatch facility in Sydney. The following are estimates only:
- Sydney Metro: 1-3 business days
- Regional NSW: 2-4 business days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro areas: 2-5 business days
- Perth, Darwin and Tasmania: 3-6 business days
- Regional areas: 5-10 working days
During busy times like the Christmas period, it may take a little longer for you to receive your order.
SAFE DELIVERY & LIABILITY
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. We cannot take responsibility for any product lost or stolen due to incorrect information provided. If your purchased item/s is returned to our warehouse as un-deliverable or incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will incur.
Please indicate a safe address where your parcel cannot be easily intercepted.
Add a company name if you would like your parcel to be delivered to a business address.
As delivery timeframes are estimates only, we will not be held liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
Under certain circumstances, we may not be able to accept your order. This may be the case if the ordered item is out of stock/discontinued or if there is an error in the price or the online product description.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment via the relevant shipping companies’ website.
