CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose your items carefully. We regret we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind as most of our products do come fully packaged and shipping them back to us could damage the packaging.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered any incorrect information or have ordered the wrong items so we can see if anything can be done.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS AND ERRORS

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the matter as soon as possible and arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange.

We will fully refund or replace any products purchased on this website if they are found to be genuinely faulty or damaged other than by misuse, improper care and handling or natural wear and tear.

Please contact us at hello@trnr.com with your order number and date, a description of the defect and photos to showcase the fault or damage. If required, we will provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post bag for you to return the product.

Upon receipt of the faulty/damaged product, we will send a replacement product or issue a full refund (including any initial delivery fee) that will be processed as soon as possible and in the same form that you originally paid for your order.

If, upon inspection, the product is not deemed faulty or damaged other than by misuse, improper care and handling or natural wear and tear, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to your nominated address.
